Dr. Robert Adieme

Dr. Robert Daniel Adieme is a seasoned Senior Registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a sub-specialty interest in Gynae-Oncology and over a decade of clinical practice at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH), Idi-Araba. He assumed office as Vice President of the Cooperative in February 2025, where he supports the President in achieving strategic objectives, acts in her capacity when required, and executes directives from the Extraordinary and Annual General Meetings.

An accomplished administrator, Dr. Adieme has held numerous leadership positions, including Welfare Secretary of the Cooperative Society, 2nd Vice President of ABSUMSA, and President of multiple organizations, including the Anatomical Students Society of Nigeria and the F.G.C. Ohafia Old Students Association. His administrative strengths encompass meeting facilitation, document management, human relations, corporate social responsibility, and financial prudence.

Dr. Adieme envisions a cooperative society that rises with sustainable integrity, diversity, and a profound positive impact on its members. Beyond medicine and leadership, he enjoys playing chess, listening to music, travelling, and engaging in charitable activities.
